- 1. Already registered Practitioners will have to click on Click Here to Login tab to login and do further proceedings.
- 2. Practitioners who want themselves to register as Provisional or Permanent Practitioner will have to click on Click Here for New Registration tab and proceed.
- 3. Practitioners who have cancelled their Registration can click on Click Here for Re-registration tab to re-register themselves with HMBUP.
- 4. Practitioners whose I-card validity of 05 years has been expired can renew their I-card by clicking on Click Here for Renewal of I-card tab and doing further proceedings.
