After successful registration you will be redirected to Login page.
Fill the Username and Password sent on your mobile number and captcha in the respective fields.
After filling all the details correctly click on Login button.
After Login you will be asked to change your password.
Fill your Old Password (forwarded on your mobile number), New Password and Confirm New Password in the respective fields.
After filling all the details correctly click on Submit button.
You will again be redirected to Login window. Fill your Username and New Password and click on Login button.

Select your Registration Type i.e., Provisional or Permanent.
After selecting your Registration Type fill the details like Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email ID.
Select the state from where you have completed your education.
After filling and selecting all the required details correctly click on Submit button.
An OTP (One Time Password) will be forwarded to the mobile number that you have entered. Fill that OTP in the respective field & click on Submit button.
In case you have not received any OTP from HMBUP then click on Resend OTP button.
After verification of OTP, Login Credentials (Username & Password) will be forwarded to your mobile number
Those Practitioners who are already registered but have not created their Login panel can create their Login by clicking on Already Registered link.

Fill your Registration Number and registered Mobile Number in the respective fields.
After filling all the details correctly click on Submit button.
An OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number. Fill that OTP in the respective field and click on Submit button.
Your Login Credentials (User ID & Password) will be sent on your mobile number. You can Login using those credentials and proceed further.
